- Your Customer Account is your own personal space.
- This account is nominative and must be secured by a password defined by the Customer Account holder.
- To keep your data safe and protected, the password must be a minimum of eight characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one digit.
- Please note: Each customer agrees to take personal responsibility for keeping their password protected and controlling who has access to their customer account. Each customer also agrees to be held personally responsible for all actions carried out using their account.
Through your Customer Account, for example, you can (amongst other things) :
- 1) Via the "Contact details" tab.
- Access, Modify or Delete personal data about you.
- Create a new password.
- Get your identifier (Customer ID).
- 2) Via the "My orders" tab.
- Find all your current reservations (Status Confirmed, Optional, etc.) and your file numbers.
- Complete your "Online Registration".
- View / Pay instalments for a stay.
- View the documents at your disposal (Reservation pending payment, Exchange voucher, Invoice, Certificate of Stay etc...).
- Get your identifier (Customer ID).
- 3) Via the "My next holiday" tab.
- View your quotes.
- Get your identifier (Customer ID).
- 4) Via the "Refer a friend"tab.
- Refer your friends in one of the three ways suggested.
The Customer Account contains and displays personal data such as the Customer's name, address and contact details. This data is required by the Company for the purposes of processing and completing purchases, following up bookings and managing the customer relationship.
