Recommend-a-friend

Would you like to introduce your friends and family to Homair Vacances? Recommend-a-friend gives you the chance to earn exclusive discounts for yourself as the recommender, and for your friends!

You can recommend a friend or family member. Here are the conditions:

Firstly, recommendations must be made directly from your customer space ('Recommend-a-friend' section) on the www.homair.com site. (Recommendations cannot be made over the phone with an advisor). 

CONDITIONS FOR A VALID RECOMMENDATION:

• • The person being recommended must never have booked with Homair Vacances and must not have a customer account on the Homair Vacances site. 
  • Customers or customer family members (same surname and same postal address) who have already stayed with HOMAIR Vacances or already have a customer account cannot be introduced via the recommend-a-friend programme.
  • To benefit from the €30(1) discount, awarded to the friend for their first holiday, the holiday must be booked for a minimum period of 7 days. 
  • The recommender must have sent the friend the recommendation email link from their customer space. This link MUST be sent to the friend before they book their first holiday. It is by clicking on this link that the friend will validate the recommendation and benefit from the €30 discount when creating their booking file. 

THE STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED:

1. Go to your customer space on the homair.com site.

2. Go to the 'Recommend-a-friend' tab.

3. From this tab, the recommender will be able to share the recommend-a-friend offer with their friends in a single click! Several methods of sharing the recommend-a-friend offer are available:

• With your name: When paying for their order with Homair, your friends just have to click on the 'Have you been recommended by a friend?' link and then enter your name to validate the recommendation. If someone with the same surname as you is part of the recommend-a-friend programme, we also ask your friend to provide your email address.
• By Email: Sign in to your messaging service and send your link by email.
• By Link: When requesting sharing via link, just copy the one that you are provided with, so you can send it on to the person you want to recommend. 

4. Once the recommender has shared the recommend-a-friend offer, the friend only has to click on the link they have received (if sharing by email or by link) - or on the 'Have you been recommended by a friend?' link accessible at the bottom of the basket (if sharing by name): they will be redirected to a page where they can enter their email address to get their €30 discount code and make their first booking.

5. Once your friend has booked their first holiday with Homair Vacances, the recommender must wait 30 days after confirmation of the friend's purchase, to receive their €50 discount code gift(2) (valid for 2 years) which they can use for a future holiday.

HOW CAN THIS CODE BE USED?

As a recommended friend?

Benefit from your gift code in a few simple steps:

• Click on the invitation sent to you by your friend, whether it's in an email or a shared post.
• Register for the programme and receive your gift code.
• Enter your gift code when booking your holiday on www.homair.com or give it to one of our advisors by phone on +33 (0)4 84 39 08 90.

As a recommender?

You'll receive an email containing your gift code 30 days after your recommended friend or family member confirms their purchase:

If you have several recommend-a-friend codes, you can combine them(3) by booking your holiday by telephone.

→ Condition of use for a good recommender:

• The code can only be applied to holidays of at least one week. 
• It cannot be combined with the loyalty discount. 
• The code is not retroactive. 

You can track the number of recommendations you make, from your profile.
