When you get back from your holiday, you'll receive a satisfaction questionnaire (by email) in which you can provide your opinion about your recent stay with Homair Vacances.

Any complaints or concerns you have during your stay must first be raised with the Homair Vacances representative at the campsite concerned. They will try to find an immediate or quick solution to the issue with you. Any complaints that are not resolved at the site itself will need to be addressed to Homair Vacances in writing within a maximum of 15 days following the end of the stay. It is a good idea to provide a detailed letter accompanied by any supporting evidence (such as photos, written proof/statements, invoices, etc.) as this will help get your request dealt with more quickly. Complaints submitted outside the 15-day time limit will not be considered.
