Cancelling your booking (TCR)

The terms and conditions reproduced below are taken from our TCR (Terms and Conditions of Rental)

Requests to cancel Orders or Bookings must be submitted by the customer as follows:

• or by completing the contact form available on the “FAQ/ Help Centre” page of our website www.homair.com and selecting “Cancellation” as the request type.

All requests for cancellation must be addressed to Homair Vacances in writing by the customer. Such cancellation requests must be sent within the 48 hours following the event prompting the cancellation – the date on which the causative factor occurs is the only date applicable.

If the cancellation is received :

• After the start date of the holiday, whether or not the Customer has arrived at the Campsite, the Company will invoice the full amount of the holiday.
  
• Less than 5 days before the start of the stay, in which case the Company will invoice the full amount of the holiday.
• Between the 29th and 5th day inclusive before the holiday, the Company will invoice 90% of the total cost of the rental plus 100% of the additional costs (administration costs, insurance, etc.).

• Between the 59th and 30th day inclusive before the holiday, the Company will invoice 50% of the total amount of the rental plus 100% of the ancillary costs (administration costs, insurance, etc.).

• Between the 89th and the 60th day inclusive before the holiday, the Company will invoice 25% of the total amount of the rental plus 100% of the ancillary costs (administration costs, insurance, etc.).

• More than 90 days before the holiday, the Company will charge 10% of the total amount of the rental plus 100% of the ancillary costs (administration costs, insurance, etc.).

Admin fees and cancellation insurance fees are not refunded under any circumstances.
