When you book, and depending on the campsite and availability, you can request a specific mobile home number or a specific area of the campsite location for your holiday.
⚠️ Please note: These services apply to all stays in Low Season, and only to stays of 7 nights or more in High Season.
This service cannot be added within 10 days of the start of your stay.
There are two ways to do so :
You want a specific mobile home number :
It is possible to block a specific pitch number with one of our agents by taking out the ‘Preferred Pitch’ service, subject to availability and the feasibility of the request.
The price of this service depends on the booking period and the campsite selected, and will be between €35 and €85.
You wish to book in a specific area of the campsite :
You'll need to tell one of our agents which area you'd like to stay in (near the activities, the swimming pool, at the back of the campsite, etc.) so they can check if your choice is available.
Please note that you can only benefit from this service if there's still availability in that part of the campsite.
This option, called ‘Favourite Zone’, can only be booked by telephone with an advisor. The price depends on the booking period and the campsite selected and will be between €35 and €85.
Would you like to know your pitch number at the campsite? :
If you have not selected the "Preferred Pitch" option, we unfortunately will not be able to provide you with your pitch number. It may change up until your arrival date, so we do not have this information in advance.
