As a reminder, once your stay is booked, you will receive a confirmation email (booking voucher, payment schedule, or voucher in the case of a fully paid file).
A booking number (file number) will be provided on your documents. You will be asked for this number whenever you contact Homair Vacances by phone or email.
Upon receipt of the balance of your booking, we will send you your voucher by email. This voucher must be presented upon your arrival at the campsite (to our Homair Vacances representative or at reception).
All occupants of the mobile home must be listed on it, including children under 3 years of age.
