As a reminder, once your stay is booked, you will receive a confirmation email (booking confirmation and payment schedule, or a voucher if the booking is fully paid).
A booking reference number (file number) will be indicated on these documents. You will be asked for it whenever you contact Homair Vacances by phone or email.
Upon receipt of the final balance for your reservation, you will automatically receive your voucher by email. If you do not have an email address, it will be sent by mail. This voucher must be presented upon arrival to our Homair Vacances representative or at the campsite reception desk. All occupants of the mobile home must be listed on it, including children under 3 years of age.
