To retain your stay, it is imperative that the payment deadlines are respected, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with our rental T&Cs.
Before arriving at the campsite, you must pay the "total cost of the stay", in one or several instalments (maximum 4) using the agreed payment method.
- If the order is placed more than 30 days before the holiday begins, all money owed must be paid within a maximum of 30 days before the arrival date.
- If the order is placed within 30 days or less of the holiday beginning, all money owed must be paid at the time of ordering.
When paying by instalments, Homair Vacances will provide a payment calendar stating the number of instalments, the amount of each instalment and the dates on which the amounts are due to be paid. This calendar will be sent to you in writing when you book and then with the confirmation documents.
In all cases, the Client undertakes to:
- abide by the payment dates and amounts due on the calendar;
- ensure that the necessary funds are available when the outstanding amounts are debited;
- provide current payment details (e.g. a valid bank card).
♦ If the first instalment is not paid, the order is not validated, meaning no Booking is created.
♦ If a later instalment is not paid, you will be notified by email. You must then pay the instalment in line with the terms communicated to you.
♦ For any optional bookings made or to be paid for with a non-digital payment method (cheque, chèque-vacances, etc.), the client has a maximum period of 5 days to send the payment for the outstanding amounts, as stated in the order confirmation documents. Until payment is made, the order is deemed to be a "Booking awaiting payment".
♦ Any last-minute bookings made (less than 30 days before arrival) require an immediate single payment in full. Bookings made within 16 days of the start of the holiday must be paid for in full with a single bank card payment (via a secure payment link). Without this immediate payment, it will not be possible to confirm the booking.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the Booking in the case of any default of payment. The cancellation terms as set out in the "Cancellation" section of the General Terms and Conditions are applicable.
In the event of a failure to pay for non-intentional reasons (forgetfulness, expired bank card, etc.), please don't worry. You will always be sent a reminder by email to begin with, allowing you to resolve such situations.
