Last minute arrival and payment

A Last Minute Booking is defined as any booking made 30 days prior to departure or less.

Bookings of this type must be paid for in full in a single debit/credit card payment (it is not possible to pay at the campsite itself: bookings must be paid for prior to arrival at the campsite). 

• If booking between 30 and 17 days prior to departure, the booking can be made either on the website or with one of our advisers by telephone. Full payment by credit/debit card will be required.
  • Payment by cheque or holiday voucher is accepted until 15 days prior to departure if postal delivery times allow the payment to be received in time.
    
    
• If booking between 16 and 5 days prior to departure, the booking can be made either on the website or with one of our advisers by telephone. Full payment by credit/debit card will be required. Payment will be completed via one of the following two methods:
  • If booking on the website, the payment will be made via the site's secure interface.
  • If booking by telephone, a secure payment link will be sent to you by email. The payment must be completed using the payment link provided within 24 hours. Without this direct payment, it will not be possible to confirm the booking.

A Last Minute Arrival is defined as any booking made the day before arrival or on the day of arrival itself.

• When booking on the day before arrival, the booking must be made by phone with one of our advisers. Where the campsite capacity allows and the booking is agreed, payment in full by credit/debit card will be required, for which the adviser will send a secure payment link (valid for 24 hours) to you by email (the booking must be paid for prior to arrival at the campsite). Without this direct payment, it will not be possible to confirm the booking.
  
  
• When booking on the day of arrival itself, the booking must be made by phone with one of our advisers before 4:00 PM on the day in question. Where the campsite capacity allows and the booking is agreed, payment in full by credit/debit card will be required, for which the adviser will send a secure payment link (valid for 24 hours) to you by email (the booking must be paid for prior to arrival at the campsite). Without this direct payment, it will not be possible to confirm the booking.
