What does the price of your booking include?

1. Mobile home bookings:

The prices indicated on the www.homair.com website are valid for the current season, are in Euros, and include VAT.

• The price includes:
  
  • The rental of the booked mobile home (regardless of the number of occupants). Note: the number of occupants must not exceed the mobile home's stated maximum capacity, and this includes children under 3 years old (for example, a baby counts as an occupant).
  • The provision of bed covers and pillows.
  • Water, heating and electricity use.
  • A car parking space per rental (at the majority of our campsites, but not necessarily by the accommodation).
  • Access to all the campsite's free services, events and equipment.

• The price does not include:
  • Admin fees.
  • Cancellation insurance: for more information, please consult our Cancellation Insurance and "Campez Couvert" Holiday Interruption Insurance sections.
  • Cleaning at the end of the stay - you can pay for a cleaning service.
  • Holiday taxes, eco-taxes and rubbish disposal charges that must be paid for on arrival.
  • The €150 deposit (which will be returned to you, on the condition that the mobile home has not suffered any damage).
  • Optional extras, such as a second parking space for a car or trailer, bringing a dog, purchase of disposable bed linen, baby kit hire, bike hire, safe hire etc.)
  • The deposit for a magnetic key if one is needed to drive into the campsite.
  • The cost of swimming pool and/or event bracelets.
  • Transport to the campsite.
  • Personal expenses (food, hobbies etc.).

2. Tent pitch bookings:

• The price includes:
  
  • The price shown is for the pitch only. Children under 3 stay free of charge.
  • Access to all the campsite's free services, events and equipment.
  • Water, heating and electricity costs (according to the selected pitch's criteria).
  • A car parking space per pitch.

• The price does not include:
  
  • Additional costs related to the number of people in your party*.
  • Optional extras*.
  • Holiday taxes, eco-taxes and rubbish disposal charges that must be paid for on arrival.
  • The deposit for a magnetic key if one is needed.
  • The cost of swimming pool and/or event bracelets.
  • Transport to the campsite.
  • Personal expenses (food, hobbies etc.).
