When you arrive at the campsite, the reserved mobile home is entrusted to you for the duration of your stay.
You are expected to clean the mobile home at the time of your departure to hand it back in a state similar to that of your arrival.
→ Upon your departure, you will thus be asked (if the Cleaning option was not subscribed to or included in the accommodation):
To empty and throw away the trash.
To empty and clean the fridge, potentially turning it off.
To remove the sheets (and fold them if cotton sheets) or throw them away (if disposable sheets).
To sweep and mop the common areas.
Clean the kitchen area (Coffee maker, Microwave and sink)
Clean the WC Clean surfaces, windows and dust
Tidy up and clean the terrace and furniture
Empty and clean the barbecue
Wash and put away the dishes

→ The campsite will provide you with the following household items:
Bucket.
Bowl.
Rubbish bin.
Dustpan and brush.
Toilet cleaning brush set.
A dirt-trapper rubber mat.
Indoor broom, outdoor broom, mop.
An appointment¹ may be arranged (at the latest) the day before your departure with the on-site team to carry out an inspection of the mobile home. These appointments are usually scheduled for 15 minutes.
→ A security deposit (or caution) will be required:
by Debit/Credit Card Imprint: the imprint will be taken on your arrival at the time of Check-In.
*It will be returned to you within 1 month if no damage is to be deplored and if the cleaning was properly done in the mobile home.
The whole accommodation must therefore be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.

This is offered at the special reduced price of €85 per mobile home in France (at a range of eligible campsites) when selected at the time of booking.
If booked at the campsite on arrival, the price (as displayed) is €115 (at a range of elibible campsites).
Higher prices may be charged for larger capacity mobile homes (six-person or more).

The cleaning service will be automatically included in the booking prices for stays outside France.
