Please note: a visitor is someone who is not one of the participants shown on the Booking and who visits the Client at the Campsite.
All campsites are allowed to deny entry or require payment of a supplement for any visitor wishing to enter the establishment. (subject to the rules and rates applied by Campsites)
- Visitors must present themselves to the reception team and/or the reception desk at the Campsite, during opening hours, and provide proof of identity.Visitor charges per person may vary by Campsite. Payment must be made immediately when the Visitor arrives.
- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in Accommodation or on a Pitch outside the visiting times set out in the Campsite rules (even if there is space available), or to access Campsite equipment and facilities.
- Visitors who are allowed onto the Campsite undertake to follow the Campsite rules and the hosting Client is responsible for any Visitors.
- Visitors are not authorised to pass through the entry barrier at the site with their vehicle. It must be parked in the external car park.
Visitors must leave the site before 11 pm.
Management reserves the right to intervene applying the internal regulations in the event of a breach thereof, and to definitively evict said Visitors.
Access to the swimming pool, entertainment and other services is denied to them. The client must notify the reception team, which will give details of the regulations in force.
Additional regulations apply to certain campsites.
Additional regulation:
- Visitors must go to the reception with the holder of the booking, with a form of ID, during opening hours, and must pay the fixed rate of €2 per day and per person.
- For security reasons, the number of visitors is limited to two per rental and are they are not allowed to access the pool or the campsite's other sporting facilities.
- Wearing a temporary bracelet is also compulsory.
- They undertake to respect the campsite rules displayed in the reception and are the responsibility of the campers hosting them.
- Visitors are not authorised to pass through the entry barrier at the site with their vehicle. It must be parked in the external car park.
- Visitors must leave the site before 11 pm.
