I've won a holiday with Homair Vacances. How do I make use of my prize ?

First of all, congratulations! Our teams are looking forward to welcoming you to one of our campsites. 

However, there are one or two formalities that need to be completed in order to book this holiday you have won with our company. 

Firstly, it will require a month after the notification of your win to ensure the lists of the names of all the new winners are received by our teams. 

Once this month has passed, you will need to contact one of our advisers by telephone on +33 (0)4 84 39 08 60 and inform them you have won a holiday with our company. 

The following information will be requested from you during this call:

• The name and surname of the winner.
• The period during which the prize was won.
• The organisation that provided the prize. 

We therefore advise you to have all this information ready and to hand when you make your call to our service. 

Prize award terms and conditions 2024 :

A stay of between two days and one week in a "CLASSIC 2 b. 4/6 Pers." or "CLASSIC 3 b. 6 Pers" to be taken anytime until 31 October 2024 (subject to availability, and excluding the periods 07/05/2024 to 12/05/2024 and 06/07/2024 to 31/08/2024) at one of the following 21 campsites:

- Canet-en-Roussillon – La Marina de Canet

- Cheval Blanc – Les rives du Luberon

- Lit et Mixe – Camping le soleil des Landes

- Proissans – Camping le val d’Ussel

- Paris-Champigny – Paris-Est 

- Régusse – Les Lacs du Verdon

- Rives – Village Château de Fonrives

- St-Avit de Vialard – Saint Avit Loisirs

- St-Cyprien - Le Soleil de la méditerranée

- St Julien des Landes - Château La Forêt

- St Nic – Camping Domaine de Ker Ys

- Torreilles – La Palmeraie

- Valras – Le Domaine de la Yole

- Vilanova I La Geltru – Vilanova Park

- Vendres – Camping les Sablines

- Ghisonaccia – Camping Marina d’Erba Rossa (excluding the period from 22/06/2024 to 14/09/2024 for this campsite)

This stay does not include dining, transport or insurance costs, tourist taxes, or any other costs incurred during the stay, including, notably, any deposits required and any costs relating to options, activities and entertainment. Where no holiday is available at the chosen campsite in the type of mobile home described above on the dates required, HOMAIR VACANCES may offer the winner alternative options. The winner cannot under any circumstances transfer their holiday to another party, delay it until after the date limit defined in these terms and conditions, or request financial compensation in case of the prize not being taking up, the unavailability of the desired stay, or the cancellation of a booked stay for any reason whatsoever.
