When you make a reservation, you may be able to request a specific pitch for your stay (depending on the campsite and the type of mobile home).
To do so, you will need to give the number of the pitch you require to one of our agents so that they can check the availability of the mobile home requested and assess the feasibility of the option.
There are 2 possible scenarios:
| ✅ | The mobile home is eligible for the comfort option: it will be possible to block the pitch. |
| ❌ | The mobile home is not eligible for the comfort option: it will not be possible to block the pitch. |
This 'Comfort Option' costs 50€ and can only be reserved by phone with one of our advisors.
However, our advisors cannot give you campsite plans or mobile home numbers in order for you to benefit; you must choose the number beforehand*.
We cannot guarantee that your pitch will be shaded, sunny or noise-free.
Please note that you can only benefit from this service if the mobile home number is still available.
Likewise, this option is only available for mobile home bookings and cannot be used to reserve a specific pitch for a tent, caravan, etc...
* We cannot guarantee shade, sunshine or the absence of noise on your pitch, which is why you are asked to give the desired pitch number directly.
