You were offered a credit note after the cancellation of your 2020 holiday due to the closure of the campsite because of the Covid pandemic.
This credit note, with a value equal to the sums paid out, can be used to pay for a future holiday with Homair Vacances within the 18 months following its issue.
In accordance with the French government ruling of 25/3/2020, you can request a refund of your credit note at the expiry of its 18-month period of validity (if it has not been used).
From October 2021 and onwards (depending on the expiration date of your credit note), each of our customers with a credit note reaching the end of its period of validity, will receive an email from Homair Vacances including a form inviting them to confirm a choice between a refund of the credit note or an extension of the credit note plus exclusive discounts for a holiday in 2022.
1. If you would like to confirm your request for a refund of the credit note: you will receive a second email within a few days (after confirming your choice) enabling you to communicate your bank details to us securely. This will take place within a period of 30 to 60 days by bank transfer.
2. If you would like to extend the validity of your credit note: Good news! You'll have the chance to book your 2022 holiday and enjoy an additional exclusive discount of 15% of the value of the credit note dedicated specifically to you.
