Did you receive a credit note following the cancellation of your stay in 2020 due to the closure of the campsite because of the health crisis?
In accordance with the Government Ordinance of 25/03/2020, it is possible to obtain a refund of this credit note at the end of its 18-month validity period (if it has not been used).
Since October 2021, emails containing a form to be completed in order to claim the refund of the credits have been sent by email to each person concerned.
These forms allow you to enter your bank details on the secure Paytweak platform.
How to proceed ?
When you receive the Paytweak email:
- Check that the amount mentioned corresponds to the amount of your credit.
- Fill in the requested information (a telephone number will be required, please make sure you have a mobile phone number to receive the confirmation SMS).
- Enter the confirmation code to finalize your request.
Once confirmed, a validation screen will confirm that the data has been correctly transmitted.
The refund will then be made within 30 to 60 days by bank transfer.
