Unfortunately this is not possible. To retain your stay, it is imperative that the payment deadlines are respected, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with our T&Cs.
(Section 10.5 Payment default: In the event of a delay in the payment of a deposit of more than 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled automatically according to our T&Cs)

But rest assured, we are monitoring the evolution of the health crisis closely.
You will be welcomed on our campsites as planned, however if restrictions were to prevent your stay with us on the day of your arrival, we will get in touch with you as soon as the situation is known or confirmed, by email, SMS or telephone in order to provide you with a personalised solution.
For restrictions currently in place but which do not yet cover the dates of your stay, we will contact you later if the situation should develop unfavourably and ultimately affect you.
In the meantime, we ask you to please not contact us regarding this so as not to saturate the contact points and not to slow down the processing of other files.
