Requests to cancel Orders or Bookings must be submitted by the customer as follows:
- By writing to our head office at:

- or by completing the contact form available on the “FAQ/ Help Centre” page of our website www.homair.com and selecting “Cancellation” as the request type.
All requests for cancellation must be addressed to Homair Vacances in writing by the customer. Such cancellation requests must be sent within the 48 hours following the event prompting the cancellation – the date on which the causative factor occurs is the only date applicable.
If the cancellation occurs:
- Ninety days or more before the start of the stay – the customer will be required to pay 10% of the total cost of the rental together with any additional related charges (admin fees, insurance, etc.).
- Between 89 and 60 days (inclusive) before the start of the stay – the customer will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of the rental together with any additional related charges (admin fees, insurance, etc.).
- Between 59 and 30 days (inclusive) before the start of stay – the customer will be required to pay 50% of the total cost of the rental together with any additional related charges (admin fees, insurance, etc.).
- Between 29 and 5 days (inclusive) before the start of the stay – the customer will be required to pay 90% of the total cost of the rental together with any additional related charges (admin fees, insurance, etc.).
- Less than 5 days before the start of the stay, or in case of non-attendance – no refund.
Admin fees and cancellation insurance fees are not refunded under any circumstances.
