- From January to June: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 7.30 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm.
- During July and August: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm.
- From September to December: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

As a reminder, once you have booked your holiday you will receive a confirmation email (reservation form and payment plan or exchange voucher if your booking has been paid in full).
Your booking number is on all the documents provided. You will need this number whenever you contact Homair Vacances by phone or email.
As soon as your booking has been paid for, you will automatically receive your exchange voucher by email. If you do not have an email address, it will be sent to you by post.This exchange voucher must be presented on arrival to the Homair Vacances representative. All mobile home occupants must be mentioned, including children under 3 years old.
